I'm looking for the cheapest way to get bulk mobile data. Currently I am using a 2Degrees 12GB Zone Pack for $99.

Is there a cheaper way to get mobile data?

It really depends what your requirements are.

3G? 4G? Nationwide coverage? or just within a particular area?

The 2d plan is the cheapest, but you can get 3 month and 6 month options on Vodafone that offer nationwide coverage and 4G.

Vodafone does 3GB that last 3 months and 5GB 6 months national data

Is this for a fixed connection, or one you will take different places?

How 'mobile' do you need it.
Telecom do 30GB of wifi data per month for $10, but obviously you need to be in range of the hotspots, of which there are about 1000

I am staying in one location and want to share the data via a mobile access point - which I already have.

Unfortunately the location I am in is close to a Telecom tower but not a mobile hot spot.
