Been trying for a week now. The 'normally takes 4 hours' thing has long since ceased to be amusing.


Kogan support have been reponsive so far and trying. They cancelled the initial port yesterday 'because it was taking too long'. And after a bunch of wrong turns we're left with 'wait 4 hours between tries' for no particular reason. I've tried about 10 times at this stage since yesterday. At least now it fails quickly (I get a 'Your Number Transfer Request was Unsuccessful' email within seconds of submitting it).


I'm attempting to get Kogan to dig deeper anyway.


The account says the Kogan SIM is activated. But can anyone suggest any reason why the number port might be failing? Or anything I else could try at either end to get it go through?
