Everything on my PC worked fine before Xtra played around with their bubble.

Microsoft Office Outlook comes up with an error and Xtra help desk can't help me because it's an "unknown" error, so I've given up on that. All the settings are as they should be.

Outlook Express won't open at all and comes up with this error message: "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded"

I can access my webmail ok.

Does anyone have any ideas that might help me please?

Thanks   :)...but

It tells me to do this: Click Add/Remove Programs, click the Windows Setup tab, and then click to select the Address Book check box. But... there is no Windows Set up tab in my Add/Remove Programs :(

Sorry...Its XP and Outlook Express 6 (I think) I can't open it to check.

This sounds like a client issue, rather than a network issue.

Have you tried using system restore to revert back to a state when it was working?

Thanks Cokemaster Smile I try to avoid doing System Restores but I did and now both Microsoft Office Outlook and Outlook Express are working fine.

After the restore was finished it told me that it had to replace a file in the registry so maybe that was the file they needed. But....I wonder why the file disappeared in the first place?

Anyway..Thank you both for your replys Wink
