I am looking for a program that can view web pages, well html pages. I need to be borderless so it looks like an aplication would. No file menu, no url address bar etc. It will be used to run local web pages.

Create your HTML as .HTA as .HTA is HyperText Application.

Oh... and it'd only work in Internet Explorer (I think)

There's more to HTA itself as you may need to familiarise a bit and a bit with security too.

Best also consult MSDN Developers' documentation on further HTA.

Also found another solution by running google chrome in application mode:..\chrome.exe --app=http://www.geekzone.co.nz

Mozilla had a labs project called Prism which worked pretty well when I tried it out a while back.
