Hi

I've been trying to make a purchase from the Geekzone Software Store using a NZ Post Prezzy Card and it keeps declining. There are enough funds on the card allowing for currency conversion from US $29.95 to NZD which is $47.96. There is $50 on the card

I thought the Prezzy Card worked like a Visa.

Any ideas why it won't work?

Jill

You might want to check the conversion, it might be more than you think, allowing for conversion fees e.t.c.

Rember that for all foreign transactions you incur credit card processing fees of around 2.5% minimum and typically get a bad exchange rate.

Thank you both for your replies. I checked the NZ Post page and the currency conversion fee is 3.5% and with a bad exchange rate it's possible that there's not quite enough money on the card. I'll have to use my Mastercard instead.

Thanks again guys =)
