Every network has strong coverage areas and poor coverage areas. Instead of asking who has the best coverage you probably need to establish where you want to use your phone, and what network best suits your needs.
Telecom has great coverage and is pure 3G but as Steve said it depends on where you're going. But I would put the Pepsi challenge down that our coverage will be better with more stable data sessions.
Probably Telecom XT or a MNVO who uses that network. If you have problem with signal you may want to consider a modem you can sue an external antenna with.

Around coastal areas the positioning of a tower can be the difference between a dead spot and usable signal, and this can't always been seen on coverage maps.
