Just wondering when the mail server will be up again. It has been down for a week so far. Strange that their web site still reports that their network is all good, just as it did last Monday when I rang them and was assured that the fix was 24 to 48 hours away. And on Friday when the answer was early evening.

I wonder how they will send out  this months invoice?

After three phone calls I finally spoke to a tech who understood what had happened (twelve days later). My account had been deleted! time to reinstate my account 2 days Down time 14 days!

No one has been interested enough to follow up on this. Even though their customer satisfaction questionnaire was filled out indicating that I would like a followup phone call.
