Hey team.
Went round to the old ladies house today, she has been complaining that her phone has no space left, so i have a play and sure enough she doesnt, well on the device.

So I went into maps to see if she had downloaded a few maps for offline, found AUS and NZ

Went to delete the AUS map as she doesn't really need it. But the phone threw up an error upon clicking delete, as if i am trying to re download it? it tells me I don't have enough space on device to "get this map" ?

Any ideas on how to delete the AUS map?

Do you have photos/videos auto uploading to SkyDrive?

Yes. open maps, settings, download maps, long press on Australia, click delete, then click the yes delete this map.

I'm picking its a typo and it needs more free space avaible to delete it? Rather than "get it" because now that I have gone through and deleted a whole lot of other apps I can now delete Australia . . . .

Try to upload photos to skydive but it doesn't work. Doesn't give errors just does not upload them from what I can tell.

Connect the phone to a PC. It will show up in Explorer as a flash drive. Go to the phone memory portion instead of SD card portion and cleat any music, videos, photos from there and move them to respective folders in the SD card. This will free up space on the internal memory. Then try and delete the maps.

Do whatever you want to do man.
