I'e heard of www.onenet.co.nz , but what other services are available?

I run a small insurance brokerage and have a PA and a marketing exec. What I need is something that will give us shared calenders, email along with Push Email to my Okta TOuch and also shared files/documents etc.

Cheers

There are plenty of options available, it really depends on whether you want a NZ or foreign hosted site and how much you want to pay.

I have heard good comments about Anywhere Exchange who are a NZ based operation and I use Sherweb myself who offer very good prices for exchange hosting.

There are plenty of providers who offer Hosted Exchange services, I'm sure you'll get a few others pop up here with recommendations. You will never regret moving to a hosted solution though!

Thanks - what are the advantages over hosting in-house?

EDIT - Wow, the Sherweb prices are fantastic, and include Sharepoint as well..!!! Onenet would want $100 a month for what you can get with SHerweb for $18USD a month.

1.You don't need the server hardware
2.You don't need the server OS
3.You don't need the Exchange Server software
4.You don't need in-house IT administrators
5.You don't need to worry about backup to disc or tape
6.You don't need to worry if the server goes down

OK I think I'm going to go with Sherweb as they seem excellent value - a question though.

As you may have realised I'm pretty useless at all the computer stuff etc - so how easy is it to get it all set up with them?

I'll be going for 2 for the hosted exchange at $8.95 a month, plus 2 users for their 2gb sharepoint at $19.95 a month.

Cheers
