I'm looking for a turnkey wifi hotspot solution that will throw up a captive portal, accept credit cards, and pay me if anyone uses it. What options are there? I know Tomizone used to do this but if they still do their website is pretty quiet about it.

Bonus points if if I can use existing hardware and the monthly fee is low or zero. This is for an experiment that may come to nothing so I don't want to end up out of pocket.

Not wanting to burst your bubble, but unless you are putting it on a plane I doubt you will find any potential customer that will whip put their credit card and pay for some wifi access now days.

Quite simply there are huge numbers of options out there online that can do this with a myriad of different hardware vendors.

I know a number of places use hotspotsystem.com however I have never personally used the service so certainly aren't vouching for it.
