Hi, Im trying to find some software so I can limit how much that person can download on that computer as they keep using all the internet cap and every one goes down to dial up speed. I tried TrafficShaperXp but that only limits the speed not the actual amount what could be downloaded. If any body knows some software what can do this please let me know, free software is allways better too :P

Thanks

You'll probably need to do this at the router/gateway otherwise the person causing the problem could always disable or uninstall the program.

Firstly what modem/router do you have?
