Hi,

so i purchased the new 6s 64gb off Apple NZ for $1399 and all is good and well at the moment.

So to start off with, my credit card was charged $1399 Pending which is normal. Then a couple days later i had a confirmation email
saying the phone was shipped, and sure enough it turned up a couple days after that. Now surely Apple wouldnt send me the phone if they had
not received payment, which makes sense to me.

So ive had my phone for about 3 days and i checked my account yesterday and the $1399 which was pending has simply disappeared and now my
balance has been credited the $1399.

I've never seen this happen before on my statement. It appears i have the phone for 'free' at this point in time, but surely this will change.

Has anyone else seen this happen with apple related purchases?

Cheers.

Same here. This has happened to me on a MacBook. It was quite a while to before payment was taken.
