Hey :)

I managed to drop my iphone and now the Sleep/Mute button doesn't work. I found a crowd called nziphonerepairs.com, emailed them, they said sweet we can fix it, payed the cost via paypal and now have not heard a word back after 5 days!

Lucky I didn't send my phone to them!, but I am still $150 out of pocket.

anyway, does anyone know of another company that is capable of fixing iphones in New Zealand?

Cheers

I doubt it, the hardware would still be very much Apple owned and operated in terms of servicing and repairs.

edit:  PS I'm sorry but that site looks plain dodgy to me.  I can't believe you sent money to them?!  Did you just speak to them over email or did you have voice contact?  Looks like they have a Westpac bank account so you may be able to track them down via that.

Do a 'Whois' search and you will find all you need to know about them, the company they use for their site, contact numbers and addresses.
