I've been sent a video via iMessage- it has an option to save which looks like it does something but for the life of me I can't locate the saved video on my iPhone?

Anyone know where it might be or what's happening?

They should be saved in the Photos app.

Yes, that would be the logical place but it's not appearing there.

It's an iPhone 4S sending to my 3GS - could that have anything to do with it?

Does it appear in the "Videos" app?

Good try, but no.

Think it's a resolution issue: have now tested with saving pics from a 4S and a 3GS [both of which save fine into the Photos app] and a 3GS video [which also saves fine into Photos]

4S videos appear not to save at all so I assume the 3GS has a problem with the 1080 resolution
