I need to find some one thats good in Nelson, i dont want a geek on wheels level tech! need someone that knows what they are up to.

PM me please.

The job is swopping out some parts in a touch screen pc system with some general trouble shooting.
Wednesday or Thursday this week.

Hey, have you listed a price, location and how much shipping would be to other parts of New Zealand? Also if you are asking for a PM make sure your Privacy settings allow your account to receive PM otherwise people can't contact you. Also note if you are selling something we ask you to offer to other members first. Links to private sales (including Trade Me posts) aren't accepted anymore and will be removed.

What's wrong with Geek on Wheels level? You had a bad experience?

I used to work as one of these (not for Geeks on Wheels, but another firm), there wasn't a lot in what you are asking we couldn't do, and do competently.

In a place the size of Nelson (I worked in Napier/Hastings), that sort of level will usually get you a competent and skilled person who is there for the lifestyle but could easily land a job in a more specialized role in a big city (what I do now).

I have used BlueBerry up there before for some onsite support, found them very good to deal with.

hi, I have never had to deal with Geeks on wheels but my techs down here spend a fair bit of time fixing stuff that they were out of depth in.

thanks "lxsw20" i will give them a call!

Admin: i was trying to give the job to a geek zone member first and foremost ;)
