Hello everyone. I'm selling on behalf of my brother, his custom AMD PC. I believe it's about 5 years old, selling for $230.

Specs as follows:
- CPU: AMD FX-4300 Quad core @ 3.8Ghz with stock cooler
- Mobo: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
- RAM: Crucial 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
- GPU: Sapphire AMD Radeon R7 260X 2GB DDR5
- HDD: WD5003AZEX 500GB 7200RPM hard drive
- Power: Zalman ZM500-GV 500w power supply
- Case: Corsair Carbide Air 240

A little bit of background, this used to be his gaming PC until he switched to PS4. Has not been used since 2017 and couldn't get it to power on about a month ago when de-cluttering his room. I have diagnosed the issue and turns out only needed a new CMOS battery. Just tested it now and powers on as normal.

Probably won't come with OS installed, as it says on activation that it's been activated with a digital license with a Microsoft account. Photos can be requested, or actually I'll try put some up in the morning. Will come with power cord only. Won't ship, but can arrange pick up/drop off in Auckland CBD or close.

If I was selling this I would google each of the parts for their last reported prices and get a 1/4 of them and add them all up, I think that would be a fair price.

Good luck with your sale.

@lNomNoml thank you. I've estimated the average to be somewhere $230-$250.

You can get i5 PC's for alot less than this :-)

He'd be better off splitting it up.

Who's going to pay any decent $ for an AM3 system .

AM3+ are long obsolete .

The mb is worth about $40 , thats what they sell for on trademe.
