The Touch is in good condition, has a couple of scratches etc on the case from where I managed to drop it a couple of times. Works very well.

NOTE: This hasn't been upgraded to the new ROM as yet.

The Boss is in excellent condition - this was used by my PA, but didn't get much use.

Selling as Vodafone offered me a better deal, so I moved to the dark side. Really just looking for offers at the moment and will sell if the right one comes along - say $3000 for them both ONO.
