I saw another similar thread from years ago but the only advice from it was "Ring 200". I'll do that when I get a chance, but I wonder if anyone else is having the same problem. When I try to log into the web portal with one of my sim card details I get the error:
"Please wait! We're busy activating your 2degrees account. Please give us a little more time to sort everything out. We'll email you when you're all good to go."
That sim is ported from Vodafone. My other 2degrees number is able to log in fine. I've tried renewing the password, but that didn't make any difference.

I don't really have time to ring right now, so I thought I'd chuck it out to geekzone to see if it's an isolated incident.

Hi,

Please try logging out of the app, closing your browser and turning off your data sessions and try logging back in manually. That should work.

Please PM me your number and device if you still have issues.

Cheers

Sorry for the confusion. The app on my phone works fine (although there's another bug I'll note at the end). It's logging in on my PC to the web portal that's a problem.

Hmm. Spoke too soon, I guess because I reset my password I can no longer log in to the app.

I'm going to send you through my details. Thanks!

P.S. The other issue I have with the app is that I don't see it displaying the me2u credit anywhere. It just shows the regualr credit balance. On the other hand, using the USSD command I only get the total balance (credit + me2u) with no bifurcation. This may be by design, but the app should have the me2u balance somewhere?

I have had the same issue for a few days.
