I'm wanting to switch from the prepay to pay monthly plan, but when I look at the signup form on their website it mentioned something about having to physically sign something, but at the start of the sign up it said if I already have a 2degrees pre pay plan, there's nothing they have to deliver, so is there anything I have to sign first or is it all instant online?

Thanks.

But that's all done online, isn't it? How long should it take?

What does the page advise when you select to move it must have instructions?

When I moved it was very very quick

It says at the top of the sign up form:

"If you already have a Prepay SIM card and are moving to Pay Monthly we won't send you a new SIM as you can just transfer your existing number to Pay Monthly.

Do you want to switch your current prepay number to a Pay monthly plan?"

Then once I get near the end it says:

"Tell us your address (or the location you'd like your order delivered to). Someone needs to sign for the order, so please make sure that someone will be available at this delivery address."

My question is, which order are they talking about that I have to sign for if its all done online?

So there's nothing to sign then? How quickly was your plan switched from prepay to pay monthly, same day?

All done. Was all instant. I don't know how they did a credit check so fast.

All your credit history is stored online, their sales system would of sent a query to the likes of Equifax and got the data it needs to make a decision within a matter of seconds.
