2dgrees have a really good deal on iPhones for new customers, I’m quite tempted just to close my account and reopen it . The iPhone 15 is $650 or $350 off on two plans. Has anyone brought a phone and transferred the new 2d number to their existing 2d number? .

Have you asked them if they can do you a deal as an existing customer? Seems like a lot of hassle to disconnect your number and change to another one just to get a new (discounted) phone.

I asked in the store they said new customers only , $650 off a iPhone 15 is not bad . I do have a few sims I could swap to then swap back. Seem to accumulate them these days with family phones

If you’re paymonthly already, add it as a second connection. Then the call centre can (if you get someone competent) close the original line and move its number over to the new one.

Or if your prepay then signup with a new account and call care to move the number over to your new plan directly.

Or last option. Port out to prepay on another provider, and signup again at 2degrees. Then port back in.
