Not sure if this has been asked before.

MiL has a Fritzbox router supplied by Solarzero that is connected to 2Deg BB

I want to connect a unifi gateway instead of the Frtiz so I can bring it into my Unifi stable for management etc.

I have asked SolarZ whether this can be done, but thought I'd ask more knowledgeable people if anyone had attempted this.

Cheers

I don't have Solarzero but have used a Unifi USG with 2degrees fibre for 4 years, no problems.

From what I remember, Solarzero have their own little controller thing to monitor usage or whatever it may be. I assume switching the Fritz to BYOM should be just fine. As long as their little box is reconnected, I'm sure you'll have no issue.
