I thought these things came pre-configured?  Apparently not.  Been on hold for support for over an hour.

Can anyone help me with what setting goes in the following boxes in the Wizard tab???

VoIP Setting:

Line 1:   [VoIP Registration: Incorrect Password]

my VoIP phone line 1 username is: ???? my phone number perhaps without the leading zero??

my VoIP phone line 1 VoIP password is:  No idea here?

i tried using the obscure log in details, and the phone icon now glows blue so seems to be connected but voicemail says pin is incorrect. Was on hold 2 hours then cut off, just tried ringing again and tried getting through to the new sign up people. No luck there.

Username: my phone number without leading zero, eg : 7542XXXX
Password: The password that Softswitch gave me that allowed me to connect to the net. This is completely different to any of my log in passwords and similar to xbz32fyk (obviously not that one)

I just plugged an old phone (not cordless) into the Genius and the voicemail password works on that so suprisingly (or maybe not) the Genius handset doesn't work but I can use it to dial out....
