TV3's 'Something big on Monday Night' promo has gotten them some shifty looks thanks to largely ripping off one of Sony's own campaigns for the PS3.

http://buttonmasher.co.nz/blog/2010/07/20/tv3-rips-off-kevin-butler/

Before/during/after the Monday night movie (Wanted), TV3 were running this promo fairly hard and there was a full length version of the promo that I only got a quick glance at, but I believe its has even more of the traits of the ad it stole from than the medium length ad (which seems to be the only one in circulation).

I'm hoping someone somewhere has got this laying around on a PVR or DVD Recorder and can upload it for prosperity.

The promo has officially run its course and won't be aired again, so I hope this little gem can see the light of day and stand forever as a cautionary tale of how not to promote your brand.

Cheers.

For clarification, the version of the promo that dan news has uploaded is the medium length cut.
The promo is cut in both shorter and longer versions than this cut.
Its this extended version which I'd be interested in seeing again.

Is this an example of:

Step 1: Post video on youtube
Step 2: ????
Step 3: PROFIT!!!

Or did you mean posterity?
