Hey I'm using Rayden's Snap Usage Monitor (http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?ForumId=90&TopicId=58885) and as of the Snap outage the other day it's now encountering an error.

Error I'm seeing is:
2012-07-14 12:51:26,345 [5] ERROR SnapUsageMonitor.Main [(null)] - String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.
System.FormatException: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.
at System.DateTimeParse.ParseExact(String s, String format, DateTimeFormatInfo dtfi, DateTimeStyles style)
at System.DateTime.ParseExact(String s, String format, IFormatProvider provider)
at SnapUsageMonitor.Main.Update(Object state)

Anyone got any ideas?

I have no idea if this is related, but I've been periodically checking https://myaccount.snap.net.nz/summary and the used/remaining stats don't appear to be updating. I'm not sure whether this means the data cap isn't being monitored or if it's just not being updated on the website. Comments by a Snap rep would be welcomed.

Any update on this. Mine has not been showing usage for 5 days now.

How am i meant to know how much usage I have left. Or is it just not counting usage.

asked Snap about this and they didn't know what will happen when it starts working, whether the data has been recorded but just wont show or nothing has been recorded and we have been having a free data week, im just going for it as my month ends in a few days and it resets all data.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

I'm hoping the data isn't being counted (would be a bit unfair if it was!)

Just recently (7:30 pm, 16 July) I've been getting terrible performance

Update: Performance has improved, but d/l is still unimpressive

Interesting, there is another thread about this (labelled VDSL, but obviously this is affecting ADSL as well).  This seems to be a regular issue.  If you were to contribute your input to this thread it would add more weight to our case.

I am on VDSL, but also getting bad performance at around this time at night.

Usage meter seems to be back, and not showing the data I used in the interim.
