Hi there,

I bought a cheap tablet HP 7 G2 from PB Tech for my Primary school age child to play games on. At the time of purchase I bought a 32GB Micro SD card to expand the storage. Unfortunately he has only been able to load three games on it, now it prompts saying there is insufficient space to install anything else. I thought we would be able to load the games onto the SD card, is this not possible?

Is this just a case of you get what you pay for? We did / do have an iPad that took one too many drops, even with protection around it. Hence buying the cheap tablet for a few games.

Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers.

Hopefully under storage/apps or somewhere like that you can see which apps/games are "movable" to the SD card. 8GB internal storage isn't going to go very far.  Android tries to make it hard now to use SD cards but you should have some luck there.Try that, good luck.

If you figure it out let me know, I had no joy with my kids budget Android tablets.
