Wondering if anyone has dealt with these guys before? They list Samsung Galaxy on www.sella.co.nz for $856 which seems good price compared to mobilecity and Clove at the moment.

Looking around looks like they import from Hong Kong / Maylasia. So if buying a Samsung Galaxy that was imported from asia versus buying from Clove.co.uk would there be any difference I guess is what i wondering?

Any thoughts?

"Imported by international tracked courier service direct to you from Original Manufacturers' Distribution Centre's."

http://www.sella.co.nz/general/mobi...samsung/675rd1/

Would the phone differ much versus one purchased from Clove etc.

that'd be 856 without shipping/tax which you'd be expected to pay on arrival, so probably still best to go with Clove for their RMA/Warranty support.

Electron-world are just a massive drop shipping organisation, their shipping is slower than Clove too, clove at the moment works out to be 855...so $1 different between them , both however would hit 1k with tax added(12.5%) + ITF fee and MAF fee($38)

I asked them about it, and from the listing it says:

"Customs Duties - Electron-World on sella pay's these on entry into New Zealand. "

"This is brand new original samsung Android no modifications, youtube clip: http://www.youtube.com/v/-kCdF6wrNYk&color1 - exactly as per this official release statement from Samsung. Vodafone and 2Degrees 100% coverage"

"Free shipping within New Zealand"

So maybe not such bad deal, seems to work out the cheapest.. thinking putting an order in and will post how it goes I guess.

Other options

mobicity.com.au / mobicity.co.nz
unlocked-mobiles.com
expertinfotech

lots of users have used mobicity in the past according to gpforums,
i know of 2 users here who have used unlocked-mobiles for galaxy s,
expertinfotech is cheapest shop within NZ, but have poor reputation for service

Ended up going with Clove, too many good reviews of Clove and the 2 year warranty, so thought worth it. Just I keep missing them with the timezone side of things, by time I reply to their emails it's night again for them so have to wait another day for reply lol.
