Got sky going and working in my flat. All channels are working fine apart from channels 4, 14, 15 and 40.
These channels are all jumpy and messed up like there's a rainfade, but hiw can that be if all other channels are fine?

I had that issue, which gradually got worse and spread to other channels. Turned out to be caused by water getting into the LNB, and Sky had to come out and replace the LNB (at no expense to me).

Call Sky and log the problem.

Similar happened to me... turned out to be a DECT cordless phone placed too close to the dish. The solution was to change SKY decoder to a different type.

A quick and easy test to see if this is the same with you, is to unplug any cordless phones at the power point, and see if the problem goes away.
