Hi, Our Igloo Tv has been down, partially, all morning.

We can receive the Freeview channels via the Igloo set top box but NOT the Igloo 11 channel pack channels?

This has been going on all morning?

It snowed here in the Wairarapa overnight. Wondering if that caused the problem?

I have put in an email to Igloo Support but have heard nothing back.

We receive our Freeview signal from Popoiti near Greytown.

Anyone else having the same issue?

Regards from a cold wet bleak day in the Wairarapa.

An email just arrived from Igloo Support. Problem stems from current weather conditions. Senior technicians are working on it.

Will just have to be patient :)

Transmitter died. JDA on the way with a spare. Access to Popoiti is weather dependant.
