Anyone had this tonight - I'm on UFB 100/50 and I'm getting this message on my hard wired PC and my iPad. Never had it before.

Sky Go had been working beautifully. However since yesterday I have been getting the "too weak message". I had just bought a new ipad and had wondered if that nay have caused the issue. I now have the maximum of three devices registered with Sky Go. Also the Sky app now requires me to re-enter log-in details each time it is opened.


Addendum: The "too weak" message only comes up when tring to use SkyGo on either of my Ipads - when using SkyGo on the laptop, SkyGo streams with no problem.

Are you on telecom? It's not part f their issues with website connections they had been having?

I was wondering if it was a Telecom issue too. My broadband is with Vodafone however,,,but I was wondering if their Ipad app was connected via TEL/Spark

How about claiming the signal is weak, not _slow_, to avoid the customer from saying how can it be slow if I have fibre, VSDL etc.

Just got off the phone with Sky support. There is a nationwide issue (since yesterday) with all streaming service. They said try back at 12:00pm today.
