It works fine on my iphone, with skygo apllic, but if try from laptop get

"Flash Access Voucher error user authorization failed (for example the user has not purchased the content) sub error out of DRMError range "...

It plays fine on iphone so I am authorised to watch it, zone channel, just I want to play on TV in room without decoder.

I have movies at moment and if I go to play that on catchup, it plays fine through web browser, so if it was my flash/ browser set up surely that wouldn't play.

I've tried chrome browser, as well as microsoft edge on windows 10.

Not using proxy. The catch up tv part works fine, that wouldn't work if going through proxy, just watched a movie on it.

It's just the live tv that won't play, tried on two different computers.

IPhone plays live tv fine and it's on same wifi network as computers. I cleared out history as per that help page instructions, but made no difference.

Also I have version 21,0,0,242 installed of flash which looks like latest one.
