I can't get on now, 504 gateway timeout on ATV4 app, go to webpage, it wont come up

Yep, same here on same app, if you don't mind just leaving it alone so I can get on ; )
Tried on Samsung TV app too , says "work is being done"

New Neon app came up fine and gave me my old Lightbox settings from a century back so the account merging worked fine for me.

 

But then the new Neon app on iPad stopped working.

 

I was already trying to get support to query lost features e.g. jump forward. Then I lost support chat with all my questions. Then I couldn't get the website (neontv.co.nz) to display from iPad web browsers.

 

Got it to display on a Windows web browser but once my login failed all I get is a blank white webpage again.

 

It looks like something went wrong. Please check your connection and refresh the page to continue.

 

Edit: Now stuck without white webpage but logins fail.

How do you get it from the store?  Its showing as only compatible with my Sony TV and my two shields are incompatible... and the lightbox app on the shields has kinda updated internally as before but its messed up due to the missing Movies tab and it still has lightbox branding.



I had previously installed Lightbox and when I went to use it today, it worked fine; neon branding, had tv/movies I knew were on Neon previously. Originally I had started searching for lightbox on the Play Store and the autocomplete came up with the suggestion "lightbox - android tv", clicked that, and it was first in the list.

Although, I just tried the app again now and I am having the same message about "work being done". Guess they weren't ready for the dogpile...

It’s a VOD app. There’s lots that could go wrong. First world problems.

On iOS and tvOS under rentals it just says no rentals yet although it seems to work fine on my Sony tv app. Does anyone know if Lightbox rentals used to show up on iOS? Or do you have to rent them from the website.

Fair enough if it were only faulty systems implementation or insufficient available capacity. I have some sympathy for that.

 

The bigger issue is the obvious lack of an effective communications plan in the event of such failure.

Everything is working on Chrome. It logged me out in the change to Neon. I reset password. No issues.

I tried logging in from my lightbox bookmark, it’s changed to Neon, but I can’t get it to work I get a blank black page. If I clear the cache and try again there is a brief message at the top of a welcome to Neon then it’s back to the same blank page.
I tried logging in directly from their website exactly the same .
Also tried on Microsoft edge, same again.
