^^As I said earlier, that’s their standard response on this issue: “Uninstall and reinstall the app”. That was the response I got in January and they’re still saying it. Totally bloody hopeless outfit.

I have just noticed that you can not even provide app feed back (review plus rating) via that TV app's info screen. The navigation is permanently stuck on the 5 star rating and no place to write review.

And if you provide feedback via https://www.apple.com/feedback/apple-tv/ that site is not really the place to report an app's problems. Plus my understanding that making a comment within Apples discussion forums is not the place either as Apple itself does not monitor or take on board what is written there.
So how do you let Apple know that there are serious problems with an app ??
Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

Why would Apple care. This is a developer issue. Complain to neon support.
Because this is a developer who obviously is not following Apples own design guide lines, ignores user feedback and somehow has managed to get an app past Apples own reviewers, if it was reviewed, when said app has significant usability problems.
I expect these sorts of problems from google play store but not Apple.

This is just hopeless now, I'm finding the Apple remote barely works any longer.
Neon support and Sky in general seem to find it hard to work within Apple TV's parameters. The SKY Sport Now app is not a great user experience either.
Glad to hear it's not just me. My captions are now stuck on permanently as I can't swipe down to disable them – so I ended up having to go into the Apple TV settings (not Neon settings) and change the subtitle font to the smallest possible, with no shadows etc., so I can barely see them.
I can't pause, FF or RW on Neon. I have to hit the menu button and go to the home screen to stop playback.
So annoying.

Both Neon and Sky Sport Now on Apple TV suck. I've cancelled Neon as a result and complained about the Sky Sport Now directly to Sky.
