CampbellDNZ: Thanks - I had done that with the QR Code 4 times - restarting the box after the process seems to have solved it 😉
I got it first time with the passcode, it sounds like yours hung halfway through, so good call to restart it.
I thought i was lucky - I just got home and new sky box dead - no power or response - change plug still dead.
Called Sky and said a tech would come and look at it in 8 days! Good thing I still have my previous box and hadn't returned it!
Come on Sky - Launch a new product and reading the 70+ pages of posts about a poor product launch ...
Reminds me or the Telecom XT Cell Service Launch that really missed the mark!
Word of warning - keep your old Sky box until they really want it!

Yep on the bloody phone now!
All of a sudden tonight my new box tells me I can’t record anything and I must upgrade.
My account says that I’m paying the $15 for it, so something is stuffed up.

Yup - Prime is the only channel working.
Cleaner pull out the wrong cable at Sky?
I can still watch all channels, but can’t record anything.
Sky website > My Account does not log in. Also SkyGo is not working. Tells me to upgrade my subscription.
Looks like a auth server or check has gone offline!
Sky phone number still cannot connect - says due to congestion.

I am having the same problems, can't watch any of our subscribed channels.
Can watch recordings, but no live TV. I am however able to log into My Account on the Sky website.
Can't call Sky, I get the phones are congested message and disconnects.
