I had to ring up and get the balance and pay over the phone last month and none have arrived this month, Its due for payment tommorrow.

Anyone else in the same boat ?

Ring them up and tell them you want a bill in mail every month.

Generally they only send bills out that have different amount to previous month, which is their default option.

Strange, I've always received a paper bill and I signed up last year May. And my bill is always the same. Perhaps they don't send it if it is the same amount and you pay by AP?

You can never have enough Volvos!

Yeah, it has changed as I cancelled movies and sport earlier in the month so there should be a credit on there.
I've always got a bill from them, its only just changed over the last 2 months and its not an AP either.

The only other time they don't send out bill intentionally is if bill is under $10. Use to happen to me on telecom/sky bundled after I canceled a sky channel like movies. They won't budge in this instance.

Use to hack me off as when they did send a bill it only showed charges from start of month bill sent in, not charges from last bill, i.e if there was a charge that didn't take bill over $10 in a month, you never saw charge.

Went to local MP's office but said as a private company nothing they could do, though I couldn't see how it was legal to charge people and never let them see what being charged for.

If I it was me, I'd ring sky, talk to someone and get them to confirm the bill was sent and verify address, probably best starting point. I'm still getting my sky bills fine, though you'd think they'd save heaps by sending them to decoder and allowing usb printer plugged in for paper copy option.

I rang sky yesterday, but because earlier in the month I cancelled Sky movies, sports and the Hdi ticket I had a credit sitting there which is why no bill sent they said..
I'd actually rang to cancel as I have Tivo now but its paid until january with the credit so it sort of stumped me..

No invoice, so don't pay. Complain only when and if they cut you off. 8-)
