Hi,

So i got my new 6S 64GB on sunday. Love the device has an excellent feel to it and the interface plus features are great. Its a good whole experience. Edit: Battery, Yes the battery. How does it last till 10PM every day with no charge with constant usage?

But i found a dead pixel.
This would still be considered an Out Of Box Failure?
I called digital mobile and the lady said so but when i take it to the store what can i expect, Under no circumstance will i let them send it away to be repaired. I'm not having a new phone taken apart at all..

What does CGA cover just in case i need to quote it?

If they don't swap it in store, Ring Apple directly & ask them to send a forward replacement.

With regards to battery life in the OP's post. Couldn't agree more. Not sure if it's the 6S or iOS 9 but battery life day after day on my 6S is just insanely good.

I went from a iPhone 5 that required a midday charge and after work charge to only scrape it till 10pm..

Charged mine overnight, still currently at 80% battery left at 2pm in the afternoon.  Much love for the new phone..

Good news.

I took it to the store and got them to check it out.
Definitely a fault, They tried toi pull the "Ill have a temp phone and it will be sent for repair" promptly told them that wont happen and ill be getting a new one on the spot.
They didnt like that i knew my way around it but became all good in the end.
So i got what i wanted but it took some effort when it probably shouldnt.

Unless something has changed, Apple don't do phone repairs, they just replace them. The down side is it's often a remanufactured device you receive.

This case *should* be a straight new replacement. As has been said, phone Apple direct. IMO you're best to phone them first and get a case number, it makes things a lot easier.

Edit: Nevermind you've already sorted it.

6S+ here, phone steamed Spotify for over an hour in the car, been connected to Apple Watch all day, used it quite extensively for social and games etc. Taken off charger at 6.30am, its now 11.15pm and still has 52% battery. I'm in love.

It was one with the issue but i never wanted to send it off and i just made it work, and also had a stuffed down button.

Haha, When im paying $1399 for the 64GB iPhone 6S i would expect a perfect device.
Did i actually just drop that much on a phone.

Use my 6S+ all day every day, it is my phone for all business calls, facebook, connected to my Apple watch and can easily get 2 days out of it even with the hungry processor!
