I only purchased the cases after the order status changed to "Waiting to ship" after it had been at "allocating stock"

 

 

 

Would advise not to use them.

 

 

 

 

Thanks for the heads up!! That sucks... have you considered Expert Infotech? They may be better, I've ordered from them in the past.

Yes I'm getting very sick of companies that put stuff on their website saying they have stock when they don't and only try to get stock after they get an order for it.
3rd company in 2 weeks.
The warehouse

Yeah, I've had this exact same issue with Supero and this other site that shows up on PriceSpy (don't remember which one). Supero in particular were really bad, I waited for a week - never heard anything back from them - until I contacted them to find out whats happening with my order, only to be told that they never had it in stock...

 

This is why I prefer buying from physical stores like PBTech, even if it's a bit more expensive than the others .

I'm currently having a very interesting email back and forth with them after i suggested that they cover the cost of the covers i have purchased as i only purchased them after I have placed the order with supero as their website said they had stock and my order had changed from allocating stock to "awaiting shipping". They now say they will have them in stock on xmas day and can email me when they have stock.  I told them that i won't be dealing with them again and that I would be putting what happen onto a well known geek forum. They just replied saying read the t&c's so I have asked which of their t&c's have a gag order attached to them.

Looks like they have removed the 5T from the website.

Looks like they have removed the 5T from the website.

 

 

Yes only did that after they emailed me back saying they did not have stock.  Changed about 2pm

On the other side of things I guess I got lucky with supero. I ordered a oneplus 5t on the 28/11 and received it on the 5/12 which was within the shipping estimate they gave me during ordering.

It's a phone I'm considering

 

 

 

But it will stream Netflix in FHD in due course apparently by way of software update
