Well i did order from supero.co.nz but just emailed them asking why it has not shipped and they have just said that they don't have any (when there website still shows limited stock). They have cancelled the order and refunded but I have already spent $100nz+ on cases etc for it.
Have just sent them a dirty email about saying they have stock when they don't and how I am out $100.
I only purchased the cases after the order status changed to "Waiting to ship" after it had been at "allocating stock"
Would advise not to use them.
Yeah, I've had this exact same issue with Supero and this other site that shows up on PriceSpy (don't remember which one). Supero in particular were really bad, I waited for a week - never heard anything back from them - until I contacted them to find out whats happening with my order, only to be told that they never had it in stock...
This is why I prefer buying from physical stores like PBTech, even if it's a bit more expensive than the others .
I'm currently having a very interesting email back and forth with them after i suggested that they cover the cost of the covers i have purchased as i only purchased them after I have placed the order with supero as their website said they had stock and my order had changed from allocating stock to "awaiting shipping". They now say they will have them in stock on xmas day and can email me when they have stock. I told them that i won't be dealing with them again and that I would be putting what happen onto a well known geek forum. They just replied saying read the t&c's so I have asked which of their t&c's have a gag order attached to them.
Put a review up on Pricespy. Supero hates negative reviews on there, they asked me several times to remove the one I left for them when they screwed me over.
