I am currently responsible for a corporate fleet of iOS devices.  We have a MDM (InTune) to control these devices and restrict their usage for certain use cases.

We are now wanting to trial several Samsung Galaxy devices as they provide a form factor we cannot get with iOS devices.

The issue we have is in order to manage the Samsung devices properly we need access to Knox.  We have applied a number of weeks ago but have heard nothing back.  We have tried several contacts including going through our mobile account manager all with no luck.

Does anyone know how we get into this program or have a useful Samsung contact?

At the moment given our current experience the feeling is to just stick with iOS!

I think you have your answer already, if they don't want to talk to you now to make a sale of their MDM service then just think how great they will be when there is an issue and knox locks out your work force.

If your business mobiles are with Vodafone you can check with your corp account manager. Vodafone have a strategic relationship with Samsung and they will be able to reach out to someone.

I was invited along to an event by our account manager where they were demoing knox and their docking station and it was impressive

If there is uptake on it I could see it being a good solution on it in the next 5 years.

Do you use G Suite for your corporate email? As that has functions for managing Android devices that have been provided to staff members.

Although I haven't personally used that part of G suite myself.

No we are on Office365 so can't take advantage of that.

Interesting point though.  I have always had issue that iOS devices are far to consumerised to be really good as corporate devices (seems like an afterthought from Apple), with Android and G Suite coming from the same company, you would thing the integration should be pretty good.
