This phone's uppder panel where screen is, compared to my previous other phone, seems a little wobblier.

When I try to make a phone call and open up the folder and give it a little shake(by trying to take it to my ear.. I don't shake my phone before I make a phone call.. lol) the upper panel seems wobbling.. If I shake the phone on purpose, I can see the upper panel make an angle of 90' with the bottom panel. And I can see that the clamshell is about to be shut. It just feels a little different to my preivous phone. It's not very serious but I can shut the clamshell by basically flicking it up in the air. I was wondering if it's happening to other phones.

I've talked to Telecom people but they just said it 'should' be common to other phones.. They just don't know much about phones.. Anyone experiencing that??

It's really hard to explain what the problem of the phone is, but I tried my best to explain it. Post a reply if you are willing to help me but haven't got a single idea what I'm talking about..

I had the same problem with mine and then that progressed to the screen not lighting up... this has been in to be fixed twice before. Now it is back there as last time they "fixed" it and I got it back and it wasn't working. They think someone has spilt liquid on it in transit - so it is in to be fixed or replaced for the third time.

Point is apparently this has happened to quite a few TX115's and is really annoying - especially cause i really like the phone apart from that!@!
