OMG i was just walking along and i took my phone out to check the the Cancel button and right softkey have fallen off the phone :/

Would this be covered under warranty?

If it's still within its warranty period and it's only been subjected to normal wear and tear, then warranty should cover it. Based on the experiences of some people here, you might have a bit of a battle with the local warranty agents, but under the CGA the product has to be fit for its intended purpose.

Out of curiousity, what's the make and model of the handset?

Hmm i've had it about a month now :/ after the screen died and it got replaced ^_^;

It's an Alcatel 565.
