n4: Works for me on 2degrees prepaid. If there isn't a phone menu for it (call barring or divert) then it is possible to do it via a code entered via the keypad because its GSM standard functionality.

* 35 * password # SEND

If your network supports it (and it would appear that Vodafone does not for prepaid) then you can set the bar on incoming calls/text by typing *35*password# into your phone and pressing Send/Dial/Green Phone or whatever you press to make a call. 'password' in this case is the password set for barring commands. For 2degrees the default value is 0000, I think for Vodafone the default value should be 1234. To remove the bar type #35*password# and press send.

To know more, google GSM Feature Codes or GSM Service Codes. In most cases the phone is sending these codes to the network in the background when you make selections via the menu for call barring, call forwarding etc. However, typing the codes directly into the phone should work with any GSM standard phone.
