Hi,

Apologies if someone has already covered this - but the Vodafone 541 looks like quite a cool little basic touch phone and its on special at the moment. Looks like its 2.5G GSM 900/1800 so should work ok on 2 degrees or Vodafone.

Anyone using one of these on 2 degrees?

Is there anything that doesnt work ok when its running on 2 degrees? The applications for example?

Have they locked anything to Vodafone?

Any advice appreciated....

Well just in case anyone ever sees this thread and think that they need to know the answer....

The phone works just fine. It still has links to Vodafone live and of course starts up and shuts down with the big red apostrophe, but apart from that it just works.

NB on 2 degrees the phone picks the date/time up from the network - unlike Vodafone's netwoek
