Hi, I have a friend with an Apache that wont send SMS's, it happily recieves but will not send. It reports a "0Origin.D" message, I have assumed that the SMS gateway is not setup properly. Not farmiliar with the Telecom system, have always had Voda, and my PocketPC (Ipaq6365) lets you setup the standard sms and voicemail call centre numbers, however in the settings of this CDMA unit there is a setup lable for TextMsgs but nothing of use to set.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Cyril

Quite different from GSM. Telecom do not have a gateway number. The Apache should just send text messages by default assuming that the Apache is authorised to send text messages. If you want to PM me the Apache 027 number I can check that sending SMS is enabled on the network.
