Hi All,

I would like your opinions on a cloud storage service that syncs in Windows to replace our totally stuffed OneDrive at work.

We don't need any fancy permissions levels or external share access. Just one big 'bucket' that syncs among a couple of dozen client computers.

Cost is a big factor, considering that OneDrive is essentially free with our Office subscriptions, but I'm sure we can pay for something that actually works.

I've considered dropbox, but I'm not sure their use/subscription model is supports our needs (One 'bucket' that everyone accesses). But I could be wrong?

Approximately 10GB of storage should be enough for now.

What cloud storage services do you recommend?

Dropbox should work fine. Alternately I guess you could use Amazon S3 and a sync tool like CloudBerry or even the AWS command line tools, but it will be more hassle than Dropbox.

Take a look at DattoDrive.

Works so much better than OneDrive!

10GB of storage? IIRC Google Drive gives 15GB for free. It also works great. Try it out.

I'd stay clear of unknown cloud storage startups. They tend to die within a year or two, because it turns out that cloud storage isn't a very easy market to break into.

SecuriSync from Intermedia.  They are a well respected company in their market, and the product has been brilliant for our clients.  It offers extras like the ability to back up the Docs/Desk/Pix folders and they have solved the annoyance of conflicting folder renames that drove clients batty with DropBox.  Unlimited versions and retention out of the box.

Just logged into Datto Drive - it's hosted ownCloud/NextCloud.  I run NextCloud for personal and company file storage, it's fine.

Correct, Datto bought ownCloud.

Datto have been around for a long time, doing backup systems.
