Seems there's a global authentication (and possibly lots more services) issue with Office 365 and some Azure services.  If anyone is looking after these services, you can currently get updates from Twitter more reliably than from the Microsoft service status pages.

@gbwelly I don't think so, but I have a mate who was in the middle of an exchange migration to exchange online and they lost all access.  Pretty sure they're not adfs.
