Hi .
Outlook 365(2019)
multiple 365 domain email a/c's in the one Outlook profile

Im have issues with emails getting stuck in the Outbox.
I had MS support look at this last year  it happening again.
Ive tried reloading Office. Ive removed the Outlook profile & re-added the 365 email a/c's

From searching , Ive seen a few others with the same issue but no fix.
Deleting stuck emails will clear them, but soon new emails will get stuck. Its not happening in the main/1st email a/c added in Outllook, its on
the other a/c's

I had read that having multiple exchange a/c's in a single Outlook profile can cause issues . There are 5 email a/c's in this profile , Im starting to think thats
whats causing the issue

Any idea's, has anyone come across this before or found a long term fix ?

How have you added the extra O365 accounts into Outlook?

Have you actually added them as separate accounts by entering in the email address and password?

What about if you give your main account delegate access to the other required accounts, in the O365 admin portal, as then those other accounts will just automatically appear in Outlook without needing the account details to be added.

added as separate a/c's
The next step is to try adding them another way

Automapping isnt working for one of the a/c's ie where the a/c is auto added after you give full access rights (as you suggested)

Ive setup the main a/c only on a test PC, with Outlook 2010 . Found stuck emails in the outbox of the 'main' a/c, from several months ago . Those stuck emails arnt showing
on the Outlook365/2019 setup .

I cant check all of this via 365 OWA , as 365 OWA wont show the outbox by design (why MS, why)

Ive also tried cached & uncached in outlook. Didnt make any differnece

OK, fixed (for now anyway)
Remove Outlook profile , clear out all the old ost's etc
Just add the 1 main email a/c

Then, In control panel, mail, under the main a/c : edit that a/c settings and added other a/cs with "open these additional mailboxes"

Success : emails no longer stuck in outbox.
Only gotcha is sent emails from ALL a/c's appear in main a/c's sent items

Outlook just doesnt like so many 365/exch a/c's in the one profile.

1101:

You should be able to change that setting for each of those extra mailboxes in the O365 admin portal, so that they are also copied into the respective Sent Items.
