I rattled TVNZ's cage over it in the hope they'd get on to Hybrid. Especially mentioned Seven Sharp, which they'll obviously be keen to promote at this stage.

Maybe that will help.

Hi Guys,

Sorry I was away on vacation last week, the wheels n cog's behind me though noticed the issue.
There were some glitches in our data that should be resolved now.

Let me know if it's still amiss.

Cheers,
Dan

Other than keep an eye out for the affected schedules do we need to do anything at our end?

From what I understand (and keep in mind, I am still personally getting back up to speed myself) there was a glitch in the original feed data regarding categories.

Our aggregator put in a work around, so you should be all clear your end.
Though it doesn't hurt to check your recording schedule to make sure all is well.

Hi Dan

I forced a network connection to update my data and now Season Passes seem to mostly be working OK.

The one exeption I noticed is the new nightly magazine programme Seven Sharp, which starts tonight at 1900 on TV1 still does not have season pass enabled.

Thanks for your help.

It was flagged as a special and not a series, the EPG feed has been updated, and should download in tomorrows update.

Sorry you won't be able to get the season pass going tonight, but should be fine to do so from tomorrow.

Cheers,
Dan

I've been having an ongoing problem with some of my season passes too for a while now... The programs still appear in the Season Pass category but aren't recording. It seems to happen when there is a recording conflict but this shouldn't be occurring as there is nothing recording on the other tuner..

For example, with NCIS Los Angeles on TV 3 tonight; When I go to the "modify season pass" option, it says below the episode synopsis "this episode will not record" and I am given an option to "Record this episode also", Selecting this option refers me to a conflict and my options are to cancel/clip the other program or not to record the new program at all...

This has been happening for maybe 4-5 few weeks now on shows like NCIS/NCIS LA, Bones, Project Runway, Private Practice...

Any relation to these other season pass issues??

I had this sort of problem when my drive became full with things I had tagged not to delete. ALso sounds like you may have two other tuners trying to record at the same time, or overlap protection.

Roger that, cheers for your input. I've cleared out virtually all of my season passes, leaving only a handful intact and have done a spring-clean of the HDD so we'll see if that makes a difference. Fingers crossed!
