I thought the Suggestions used to work but no sure now.

My most watched shows which I would set up on season pass were Grand Designs, Walking Dead, Mad Men, Arrow, the rugby on Prime and the Americans.

On suggestions I get crap fat gypsie bodies, 1/2 hour American "comedies" off C4 and U and a few shows from the Chinese channel. Angry Birds has just started showing up.

The suggestions bear no relationship to my viewing habits. Any clues on how to tune Suggestions?

If a show ends up in my suggestion list that I don't like I normally give it the thumbs down straight away.

Thats seems to help.

I think the Tivo also takes chances just to see what you like or don't like.

You have to train it. Thumbs up on programmes you watch that you like. Thumbs down on programmes you don't like. Do the same on the list of suggestions it creates.

Ahhhh!., The Season pass gives it one green thumb so best I chuck another couple in. Didn't think to red thumb the suggestions - I thought a deletion might have been enough. So I’ll try that as well.
