I had the issue with my picture dropping in and out.

I was shocked when I saw the support was in austalia... BUT they have been very helpful better than here


Im stuck with mine as im paying it of over 3 yrs.. I was a bit pissed when I saw sky had half price for 12 months lol... Reason i got a tivo was so I didnt have to pay each month for sky.

Anyhow new one is great apart from having ot do the channel rescans but they said that should be fixed soon..

But im not holding my breath lol
