ahmad:yep, its agreat device, poor promotion of it. Dont know how i mangaed without it. Although saying that, I have a major new problem. How to find enough time in the day to watch the programs it records that I missed in the tv guideGilco2: I just bought my Tivo this week and had no problem. Out of the box it was on vanilla 11.3. Yesterday I checked in settings and it had updated to 11.3b5.
This morning I turn tV on and I get the message the channel lineup has changed and I see most channels were listed twice. Okay then tonight get the same message again and sure enough channels listed twicw again. I am 3km line of sight from the transmitter and there is only the one tranmitter for all channels
Try deleting all your channels and then rescanning from scratch.
Good luck. It's a great device when it's working properly.

jaybeedee: I had the channels Listed twice problem - the solution for me was to get the guid eup, then for Options and change from "all Channels" to either "Channels I receive" or "Favourites" if you have set Favourites.

I found the easiest way was to uncheck the duplicates..
